An accident occurred along Thika Road in Kenya on Thursday afternoon which left many people with more questions than answers.
According to report and photos making around online a badly damaged saloon car and a man who is decapitated.
The photos show the man’s body by the roadside while his head is in the middle of the road with a trail of blood. Unconfirmed reports indicate that he was hit while trying to cross the busy road.
A survey conducted by the National Transport Safety Authority (NTSA) revealed that Thika Road recorded the highest number of accidents in Nairobi followed by Mombasa Road.
According to the report, more than 1,500 people have died as a result of road accidents, an increase of 1.5% from last year at the same period.
The reports further shows that the most fatal road crashes in Nairobi occur from 6pm to 9pm, with an additional increase in deaths between 6am and 7am. See the very graphic photo below;
