Super Eagles defender Elderson Echiejile is impressed with Gernot Rohr just after one game.
Rohr was last month appointed as the Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles having signed a two-year-contract with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

Echiejile met the German for the first time ahead of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations between the Super Eagles and Tanzania and he’s impressed with what he saw.
“He’s (Rohr) kept everything so simple with all of us,” Echiejile told Complete Sports.
In Rohr’s first game in charge of the Super Eagles, he was on the side as Kelechi Iheanacho netted late in the second half for the winning goal.
With the victory over Tanzania in the dead rubber game, Echiejile thinks the Super Eagles can build on that ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Zambia, Algeria and Cameroon.
“Now we can look forward with big hope that we can achieve the unthinkable in our World Cup group.”
Nigeria will kick off their qualification campaign with an away trip to Zambia next month.
