The Nigerian Olympic football team which departed their training base in Atlanta for Brazil on Thursday after four failed attempts, has finally arrived Manaus, on a chartered flight, venue of their opening match against Japan.
The match is billed to kick-off, Friday, by 2.00am (Nigerian Time). The time difference between Manaus/Brazil and Lagos/Nigeria is 5 hours.
The Nigerian Football Federation, NFF, in a tweet via its Twitter handle, @ posted photos of the team’s arrival in Manaus.
